Designed as a personal sanctuary in a northwest Detroit suburb, this garden provides peace and tranquility amidst urban development. On the estate of 25 acres, is a 29,000 sq. ft. country French chateau with a 4,000 sq. ft. guest home. With wine cellars, theater, bowling alley and a gym, this mansion is designed to accommodate and entertain many guests and friends. Even the front motor court is designed to accommodate helicopter landings.

Featuring a 250,000 gallon swimming pool, rock spa, and fully equipped outdoor kitchen, it is complete with a 65 ft. long waterslide with an underground stone grotto and sanctuary. A par 3 golf green is integrated within the ponds and landscape as well as a fine collection of dwarf conifers specimens. State of the art engineering is utilized throughout the project.
