Gjen-Tara sets up custom applications to manage a specific project. A system format that integrates accounting, estimating and job costing with and outline of the project’s design components is used. In many instances the client may be set up as the “General Contractor” thus becoming personally involved in the financial dynamics of the project. Gjen-Tara, in this approach, would then facilitate the owner as necessary doing what needs to be done and only what needs to be done. All can be monitored daily.
